Natasha Bedford is a dedicated educator with over sixteen years of experience in education. Prior to her current role as Principal at Clint Small Middle School, she served as the Academy Director at Sadler Means where she led the implementation of their Media, Visual, and Performing Arts Academy. She also has worked as an English Language Arts teacher, UIL and Athletic Coach, and Department/Grade level Lead all in AISD.

Ms. Bedford’s approach to education focuses on developing strong systems and procedures that support student achievement. This focus creates a joyful school culture that promotes a positive learning environment. At Clint Small Middle School our campus programming is dedicated to providing enriching opportunities throughout our curriculum plans. Our award-winning programs, such as our Green Tech Academy, Fine Arts, and Dual Language Program have created avenues for our students to explore their interests. Our Instructional Departments, after school clubs, and Athletic programming have also developed our students into lifelong learners.

Ms. Bedford and her family have been part of the Southwest Austin community for many years and will continue to enjoy connecting with the community. In her spare time, she enjoys vacationing to warm locations, film editing, and reading a great book on her back porch.

Elroy Hendricks — Assistant Principal

Duties: Admin for 6th Grade, Sped Support, Transportation

Elroy T. Hendricks Jr. is entering his 14th year in education. Before becoming an educator, Mr. Hendricks served in the U.S. Army for 11 years. In 2007, Mr. Hendricks graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in History and began teaching Texas History at Paredes Middle School.

In 2011, Mr. Hendricks earned a Master of Education from Concordia University Texas and was promoted to an assistant principal at Paredes in 2012. As a lifelong learner, Mr. Hendricks is currently working on completing his doctoral degree in education from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Mr. Hendricks brings with him 22 years of experience as a servant leader. Ensuring students are safe, educated, and are given every opportunity to become productive and well-rounded members of society is his number one focus. Mr. Hendricks is truly honored and excited to have this opportunity to serve as an administrator on such an outstanding campus. He looks forward to the new year and working with all stakeholders of the Clint Small Middle School Community.

My name is Graciela Zamarripa-Juarez. I am an original Austinite born and raised 78704. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and earned a Master's in Education from Texas State University. I have taught 3rd, 4th, 7th and 8th grade. I became an Assistant Principal in 2007 at Martin Middle School. I have work in the elementary and middle school levels since 2000. Outside of work, I love to love my girls and enjoy time with family, friends, softball and dance.
