The National Junior Honor Society is a national organization that recognizes students in middle school for their achievement in academic scholarship, leadership, service and character.

Applications are open to 6th and 7th graders to join Clint Small Middle School's National Junior Honor Society.  Help make Small a better place to learn as a member of NJHS! Applications are open through  February 24, 2026 and can be found here. Students must access the link through an AISD account. The link can be found on the school website. The application is editable, so it does not need to be completed at a single time. The committee will make determinations by spring break.

Clint Small Middle School was granted its NJHS charter in 2016 and is obligated to follow the national standards, not expectations set by the school district or campus. NJHS members (8th graders) and candidates (6th and 7th grade applicants) participate in many service activities to benefit their campus and community.
